About the Author

Jacob J. Miller, MD, is a primary care sports medicine physician practicing in Colorado. He completed his undergraduate studies at Colorado State University in Microbiology and obtained his medical degree from Creighton University. He trained in family medicine at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, followed by a primary care sports medicine fellowship at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He has practiced for ten years and cared for athletes of all ages and abilities. He is married with four children and enjoys horseback riding, acting, and patient education.
